Use License

Listing Requirements

Prohibited Content

Listings may not contain discriminatory language, false information, or content that violates local housing laws and regulations.

Payment and Fees

EduStay may charge fees for certain services. All fees are clearly disclosed before you incur them. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

EduStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
